Receta Deep Dish Batter Crust Pie

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. self rising flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 pt. berries or possibly fruit
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat butter in 1 qt baking dish while oven is preheating. Mix flour and sugar in small bowl, add in lowfat milk and stir till smooth. Pour batter in baking dish over butter. Add in fruit or possibly berries. Don't STIR!!!!! Bake 20 to 30 min.
- While baking the batter will rise through the fruit to create a golden crust.
