Receta Deli Bean & Potato Salad
Ingredientes
- 1 (16 ounce.) can sliced potatoes
- 1/2 pt. marinated 3 bean salad (1 c.)
- 4 c. torn Romaine
- 1 sm. red onion, sliced & separated into rings
- 1 teaspoon dry dill weed
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Direcciones
- Assembling time: 10 min. Drain potatoes, cut up any large slices. Drain 3 bean salad, reserving marinade. In bowl combine potatoes, salad and the torn Romaine and onion. Combine dillweed, paprika, mustard and reserved marinade. Toss with salad. If you like, serve in a Romaine-lined salad bowl. Serves 6.
