Receta Devils Food Cake With Caramel Icing

- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 large eggs, beaten into mix
- 1 stick butter
- 3 T cocoa
- 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Let come to a good hard bubble. Pour over ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed 3 or possibly 4 min. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
- Put on low heat, stir till dissolved. Turn up heat and cook till it bubbles hard all over. Cook 1 1/2 min. Beat. Spread on cake.
