- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 1 pt. cottage cheese
- 1 pt. mayonnaise
- 4 or possibly 5 green onions
- 2 hard boiled Large eggs (optional)
- 1 clove garlic
- Dash of vinegar
- Dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
Direcciones
- Chop onions, Large eggs, and garlic. Add in all ingredients together in a blender. Serve with raw veggies. Do not overdo anchovy paste.
