Receta Dolly's Rhubarb Nut Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 egg
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Mix sugar, oil, egg and buttermilk. Add in soda, vanilla and flour. Stir in rhubarb and nuts. Pour into 2 greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Sprinkle with topping mix. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
