Receta Double Dairy Bars

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c. quick oatmeal
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2/3 c. chocolate chips, melted
- 1/3 c. reserved cream cheese filling Lowfat milk to spreading consistency
Direcciones
- Crust:Cream together butter and brown sugar, blend in Large eggs and vanilla. Incorporate all dry ingredients and spread in the bottom of an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
- Filling:Beat cream cheese till fluffy, add in sweetened condensed lowfat milk and vanilla, beating well.
- Set aside 1/3 c. of this mix and spread remainder on top of the crust.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25 min or possibly till lightly browned and springs back to the touch.
- Frosting:Combine above ingredients and spread on bars while still hot. Sprinkle with 3/4 c. of minced walnuts. Keep refrigerated
