- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 30 lg. marshmallows
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 ounce coconut
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter
Direcciones
- Bake your favorite chocolate cake in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Boil till the marshmallows heat. Add in vanilla and coconut. Boil 1 minute. Spread in baked cake. Can cut cake in middle and put filling in between.
- Boil sugar, corn syrup, lowfat milk and cocoa for 1 minute. Add in vanilla and butter. Beat till thickens - spread over cake.
