Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Chopped onion
- 2 ounce Canadian bacon, chopped
- 3 c. Green beans, cut into 3-inch lengths
- 1/2 c. Low-fat, low-sodium chicken broth Fresh grnd pepper
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add in the onion and saute/fry for 3 min.
- Add in the bacon and cook till crispy, about 5 min. Remove the bacon mix from the skillet.
- Add in the green beans and broth to the skillet. Cover and steam for 3 min.
- Return the bacon mix to the skillet and mix well.
- Season with pepper and serve.
