Receta Easy Blueberry Muffins

Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1 lrg egg
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 c. reduced-fat (2%) lowfat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn blueberries
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine the sugar, salt, flour, and baking pwdr. In a separate bowl, combine the liquid ingredients. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add in the liquid ingredients and the blueberries. Mix with a fork till it forms a loose batter.
- Lightly coat a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon the batter into the pan till the c. are 3/4 filled. Bake for 18 to 20 min, or possibly till the tops are golden and the centers are hard.
- This recipe yields 12 servings.
- Serving size: 1 muffin.
