Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 6 Large eggs, beaten slightly
- 6 slices bread cubes (best if bread is stale)
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt (or possibly less)
- 1 pound sausage, browned & crumbled
- 1 c. sharp grated cheese
- Oregano & butter to taste
Direcciones
- In 2 1/2 qt souffle dish mix together all ingredients and chill overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min to 1 hour. Makes easy breakfast when you have company.
