Receta Ella Julia's Rhubarb Dessert

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Shortening
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. Rich lowfat milk or possibly cream, (or possibly a little more if needed)
Direcciones
- Mix into a tight dough. Wet spoon and press dough into baking dish. Cover with 3 c. cut up rhubarb. Now sprinkle over it all with 1 package of pink gelatin (dry).
- Then mix together: 1 c. sugar1/2 c. butter1/2 c. flour
- Mix together and pour over gelatin. Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees F.. Serve hot or possibly with whipped cream.
