Receta Fat Free Lemon Poppy Seed Biscotti

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Unbleached All Purpose Flour
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Almonds, finely grnd
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 Tbsp. Grated Lemon Peel
- 3 Tbsp. Poppy Seeds
- 1 x Egg
- 2 x Egg Whites
- 1 tsp Lemon extract
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour (or possibly use parchment paper), a large cookie sheet.
- Mix dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients and mix with dry ingredients to create 2-15 inch logs. Bake 30 min. Cold slightly and cut diagonally in 1/2 inch slices. Bake 8-10 min more til dry. Cold completely before storing in an airtight container.
