Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Regular rolled oats, (heaping)
- 1 Tbsp. Oat bran, (heaping)
- 1 Tbsp. Wheat bran, (heaping)
- 1 Tbsp. Wheat germ, (heaping)
- 1 Tbsp. Raisins, (optional) (heaping)
- 1/2 c. Cool water, (actually I do not measure but merely add in sufficient water so mix is barely swimming in water)

- My favorite oatmeal recipe for one serving.
- Place in microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 min depending on the machine.
- Cereal comes out thick but not lumpy, add in soy lowfat milk to get consistency you desire, top with sliced fresh fruit - my favorite is banana.
