Receta Fennel Baked With Butter And Parmesan

Ingredientes
- 450 gm fennel bulbs
- 50 gm butter
- 50 gm freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C/400 degrees F/gas mark 6.
- Cut the fennel bulbs in half.
- Drop them into boiling water and simmer for 56 min till slightly translucent/soft.
- Drain and place in an ovenproof dish cut edges up.
- Dot with butter season and top with the grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 20 min till golden brown basting once with the buttery juices.
- Serves 2
