Receta Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast
Ingredientes
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp garlic and herb feta crumbles
- 1 egg beaten with 1/2 cup water
- Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Direcciones
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- cut a pocket into each breast
- mix feta cheese into softened cream cheese
- divide cheese mixture and stuff each breast
- seal cut edge with skewer or toothpick
- dredge each breast in egg wash and then into seasoned breadcrumbs
- place on a rack on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes
