Ingredientes
- 1 lb Fettuccine
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1 c. Light cream
- 3/4 c. Cheese, parmesan
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Cook fettuccine according to directions. Heat butter in top of double boiler. Add in remaining ingredients and cook till smooth, stirring constantly. Remove when warm, but don't boil. Toss in noodles.
