  1. Skin fillets. Sprinkle fillets on both side with salt and pepper.
  2. Place fillets in a single layer in a greased baking dish, 12x8x2 inches.
  3. Arrange tomatoes over top of fillets.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Blend flour into butter. Add in lowfat milk gradually and cook till thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in wine and basil.
  6. Pour sauce over top of tomatoes.
  7. Bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 25 to 30 min or possibly till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  8. Sprinkle with parsley.
