Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Beef chuck steak, boneless .cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 can Cream ofcelery soup, cond- Ensed 10 3/4 ounce.
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup con- Densed. 10 3/4 ounce.
- 3 med Potatoes cut into 1/2" cubes
- 3 med Carrots thinly sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce

- Shake beef, flour, salt, and pepper ina plastic bag, till beef is coated... Set aside...
- Place onion and butter in a 3 quart.casserole, microwave on high (100%)
- till onion are tender, 3-4 minutes...
- Stir beef and remaining ingredients into onion sand cover... Microwave on high (100%) for 5 minutes.then reduce power to med. (50%) and continue cooking till beef and potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes., stirring after half the time...
- Let stand 5-10 minutes. and serve over cooked rice, noodles, or possibly potatoes if you like...
