- Stir batter ingredients till batter is smooth- if it's too thick add in water- otherwise add in flour- i get it to where it kinda sticks to the fork
- For the juccini:5-6 juccini- cut either steak fries style, or possibly in 1/4 in. disks
- Dip juccini in batterDeep-fry in preheated oil (i set the stove on medium high) till batter is crispy
- Serve with which good tsatsiki which you've made already
