  • for the batter:
  • 1 x egg (beaten)
  • 1/3 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 c. flour salt, pepper, water if needed

Direcciones

  1. Stir batter ingredients till batter is smooth- if it's too thick add in water- otherwise add in flour- i get it to where it kinda sticks to the fork
  2. For the juccini:5-6 juccini- cut either steak fries style, or possibly in 1/4 in. disks
  3. Dip juccini in batterDeep-fry in preheated oil (i set the stove on medium high) till batter is crispy
  4. Serve with which good tsatsiki which you've made already
