Ingredientes
- 2 can Goya pinto beans. 59 cents per can is much cheaper than Old El Paso
- 1/2 med Onion minced
- 1 x Tomato minced
- 2 x Or possibly more fresh jalapenos, minced
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 6 ounce Beer
Direcciones
- Bring to boil. Cook on low for 10 min till onions get soft. Salt and white pepper to taste Add in fresh cilantro just before serving.
