Receta Frozen Pineapple Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/8 c. Sugar, (2 Tbsp.)
- 1 pch Salt
- 1 x Egg
- 4 slc Pineapple, finely cut
- 2 x Oranges, seeded/minced
- 1/4 c. Minced nuts
- 10 x Marshmallows, cut up
- 8 x Maraschino cherries
- 2 c. Cold Whip
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Direcciones
- Make a paste of flour and small amount of pineapple juice, then gradually add in remainder of pineapple juice. Add in butter, sugar and salt. Cook in top of double boiler for 10 min. Add in the egg, slightly beaten, and continue cooking for a few min, stirring constantly. Cold and add in lemon juice.
- Add in pineapple, oranges, nuts. marshmallows and cherries. Mix in Cold Whip.
- Pour into freezing tray and freeze till ready to serve.
