- 1 x unpeekd apple cored and diced
- 1 x pear cored and diced
- 1 sm pineapple peeled and diced
- 1 sm melon peeled cored and diced
- 1 c. fresh strawberries hulled and diced
- 1 c. seedless red berries quartered
- 1 c. minced almonds toasted
- 1 x cucumber peeled seeded and diced
- 4 x scallions trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1 x anaheim chile seeded and diced
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh mint
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh coriander
- 1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
Direcciones
- In a large bowl combine fruit with almonds cucumber onions chile mint parsley and coriander.
- In a small bowl combine sugar and lime juice.
- Pour over fruit mix and mix well to combine.
