- 1 (20 ounce) Pillsbury Best sugar cookie mix
- 1 (8 ounce) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. orange, peach, or possibly apricot marmalade
- 2 T water
- Kiwi
- Bananas
- Strawberries
- Blueberries

- Freeze cookie dough 1 hour. Slice into 1/4 inch slices and line a round pizza pan with foil spray foil with pam then arrange slices on pan almost touching in circle.Bake at 375 degrees for 12 min or possibly till golden (will all bake together) once cooked you can transfer to other plate if you choose. Put together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla till smooth. Spread on cookie crust. Arrange fruit next. Put together glaze ingredients and pour over fruit. Fruit Fresh - sprinkle on fruit before putting on cookie to keep fruit looking fresh.
