Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. dry figs Snipped
- 2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. dates Minced
- 1/2 c. Wheat germ toasted
- 1/2 c. prunes Minced
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1 c. Crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 c. Dark raisins
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 2 c. apple minced (1 med. size)
- 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/2 c. Minced walnuts
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
Direcciones
- Combine the figs, dates, prunes, pineapple, raisins, Apple, walnuts, and orange juice in a bowl. Add in the Remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a lightly oiled 10 inch tube pan. Bake in 350 F oven for 40 to 50 min.
