Receta German Chocolate Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Butter
- 2 c. (scant) sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 pch Salt
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 tsp Soda
- 6 sqr German chocolate
- 3 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 1 box (1-lb) powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp. (heaping) cocoa
- 1/4 c. Butter
- 6 Tbsp. Cool coffee
- 1 tsp Vanilla Grated pecans
Direcciones
- Cream butter & sugar. Add in Large eggs & beat well. Add in flour sifted with a healthy pinch of salt. Add in buttermilk & soda. Mix well. Heat chocolate & add in it with vanilla to batter. Mix well. Pour into a greased & floured 9x13x2-inch pan & bake at 300 for 30 min. Cook & frost. ICING: Cream sugar, butter & cocoa. Add in coffee & vanilla & beat till smooth. Spread on cooled cake.
- Sprinkle grated nuts on top.
