Receta Oven Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 x Egg
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil or possibly butter, melted
- 1 c. Sleep-in Pancake Mix (see recipe), plus one tbsp.
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. With a wire whisk or possibly fork, beat buttermilk, egg, and oil till well blended. Add in pancake mix; beat till smooth. Or possibly use food processor fitted with the steel blade: Put all ingredients in work bowl and pulse four or possibly five times, just to combine ingredients. Don't overprocess.
- 2. Use the butter to generously grease 2 baking sheets. Place briefly in preheated oven, watching to make sure butter doesn't burn.
- 3. Remove pans from oven. Ladle batter onto warm baking sheets. Bake till browned (9 to 12 min). You don't need to turn the pancakes.
- NOTES :This recipe does better as pancakes on a griddle or possibly as waffles in a waffle iron. They are very good this way.
