Receta German Rye Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Active dry yeast
- 1 Tbsp. Caraway seed
- 2 1/4 c. Bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 tsp Unsweetened cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. Rye flour
- 1 1/4 c. Hot water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Molasses
Direcciones
- Place ingredients in bread machine in order recommended by the manufacturer of your machine. Use regular bread cycle.
- (I grind the caraway seeds before usingbecause I like the flavor but not the nasty little seeds.)
- (For Panasonic/National machines use 3 1/2 tsp. of yeast).
- NOTES : This is one of my all time favorite bread machine recipes! The recipe as given is for one 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
