Receta Best White Fruit Cake

Ingredientes
- 6 lg. Large eggs
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 pound glazed cherries
- 1 pound glazed pineapple
- 5 c. shelled pecans
- 1/2 ounce. or possibly 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1/2 ounce. or possibly tbsp. lemon extract
Direcciones
- Cream butter. Add in sugar gradually, creaming well till fluffy. Add in Large eggs, that have been beaten well with rotary beater and blend. Chop nuts and fruits and mix with 1/2 c. flour. Sift flour and baking pwdr together and fold into butter and egg mix. Add in flavorings and mix well. Then mix in nuts and fruits. Pour into greased paper lined tube pans. Place in cool oven and bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs.
