Receta Ginger Ale Pork Tenderloin

Ingredientes
- 1 c. ginger ale
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 dsh Tabasco sauce to taste
- 2 x pork tenderloins (1 1/2-2 pounds total) well trimmed
Direcciones
- Place marinade ingredients in a zip-top plastic bag. Squeeze to combine.
- Add in pork tenderloins and marinate several hrs or possibly overnight.
- Heat grill to high. Place tenderloins over hottest part of grill and cook, turning every 2 to 3 min. Move to cooler part of grill, cover with lid and cook an additional 3 min, or possibly till internal temperature reaches 145 degrees for medium or possibly 160 degrees for well done.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
