Receta Ginger Glazed Carrots

Ingredientes
- 8 med Carrots, cut into 1/4 inch slices, (4 c.)
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Dry white wine or possibly apple juice
- 2 tsp Margarine
- 1 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Packed brown sugar
Direcciones
- Cook all ingredients except lemon juice and brown sugar in 10 inch skillet over medium heat 12 to 15 min, stirring occasionally, till liquid has evaporated. Reduce to medium-low.
- Stir in lemon juice and brown sugar. Cook 5 minuts, stirring occasionally, till carrots are glazed.
- Makes 6 servings.
