- 4 x boned and skinned chicken breast halves in 3/4" cubes
- 1 bn green onions
- 8 ounce crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 Tbsp. crystallized ginger minced fine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar or possibly honey
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in the crockpot; cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs. Serve over rice or possibly flat noodles.
