Receta Goat's Cheese In Nut Crust

Ingredientes
- 1 c. hazelnut
- 1 c. breadcrumbs
- 1 x egg
- 2 x goat cheese, logs
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil, for frying
Direcciones
- Grind the hazelnuts in a food processor or possibly mortar and mix them with the breadcrumbs. Break the egg into a small bowl, mix it up and add in a dash of water. Cut the goat's cheese into 2-inch lengths, dip it into the egg wash, followed by the nut and crumb mix so which it is well coated.
- Put the extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan over a high heat. Cook the cheese till the nuts are brown and have formed a crispy crust, about a minute and a half. Turn to cook other side. Serve immediately on a bed of greens.
