Receta Golden Pineapple Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 can (20 ounce. each) crushed pineapple
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 3 x Large eggs, beaten
- 4 slc Bread, (crusts removed), buttered and cubed
Direcciones
- Drain pineapple, reserving 1 c. juice. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple and juice with sugar, flour and Large eggs; mix well. Spoon into a 2-quart baking dish; top with bread cubes. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 45-50 min or possibly till set and browned. Serve as a side dish with ham or possibly poultry.
