Receta "Grandma" Binger's Pot Roast

Ingredientes
- 5 - 6 pound rump pot roast
- 1/2 c. flour
- 3 tbsp. oil or possibly fat
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 minced medium onion
Direcciones
- Pour flour, salt and pepper into a brown paper bag. Shake slightly, add in pot roast to bag, close and lightly shake till roast is completely coated. Heat pot roast pot. Add in 3 Tbsp. oil or possibly fat. Add in pot roast and brown on all sides. Turn heat down and cover. Cook approximately 2 hrs or possibly till tender. Check frequently and add in small amount of water as needed.
