- 1 box Pistachio instant pudding mix
- 20 ounce Crushed pineapple in juice
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
- 8 ounce Cold Whip, thawed

- In a medium bowl, blend pineapple (don't drain juice), and pudding mix.
- Add in cold whip and blend well, then fold in pecans. Chill promptly. Let chill about 2 hrs before eating.
