Receta Greek Meat Balls
Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd meat (lamb, veal or possibly beef)
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. snipped parsley
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 chopped onion (med.)
- 1 tbsp. fresh mint leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano (dry crushed)
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Roll into marble sized balls. Bake, fry or possibly microwave till done. May be served plain or possibly with a lowfat sour cream and minced parsley white sauce.
