Receta Greek Style Skillet Supper

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 can beef broth - (14 1/2 ounce)
- 1 1/2 c. penne pasta uncooked
- 1 can diced tomatoes - (14 1/2 ounce)
- 1 1/2 c. frzn cut green beans
- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 2 tsp McCormick Oregano Leaves
- 1/2 tsp McCormick Grnd Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp McCormick Garlic Pwdr
- 3/4 c. crumbled feta cheese divided
Direcciones
- In large skillet, brown beef with onion over medium-high heat. Drain fat. Add in broth; bring to a boil. Stir in pasta. Return to a boil and simmer, covered, 8 min.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Return to a boil. Stir in 1/2 c. feta cheese. Simmer, uncovered, 7 to 10 min, till sauce thickens slightly. Sprinkle with remaining feta cheese.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
