Receta Green Beans (Fagiolini In Padella)

Ingredientes
- 6 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x garlic cloves thinly sliced
- 1 sm red onion cut thin slices
- 1 tsp dry chile flakes
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh mint leaves
- 1 lb green beans tops, tails removed Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a 12 to 14-inch saute/fry pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil over medium heat till just smoking. Add in the onion, garlic, chile flakes, and mint and cook 1 minute. Add in beans, toss to mix well and cook till beans are soft, about 15 min, stirring regularly. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
