Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 2 tsp Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
- 2 ounce chorizo sausage crumbled
- 1 ounce shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 x flour tortilla - (12" dia)
Direcciones
- Place beaten Large eggs onto griddle or possibly into omelet pan and cook into flat omelet. Place flat omelet onto a warmed flour tortilla and spread proportionately with Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce.
- Top omelet with cooked chorizo sausage and Monterey Jack cheese. Fold left and right sides of the tortilla toward the center. Roll tortilla away from you, forming a tight cylinder.
- This recipe yields 1 burrito.
