Receta Grilled Vegetable Soup

Ingredientes
- 8 x Tomatoes
- 2 x Red onions, sliced
- 2 x Zucchini, sliced
- 2 x Yellow squash, sliced
- 3 x Red peppers, roasted and peeled
- 2 x Cloves garlic, minced Salt Pepper Juice of one lemon
- 2 Tbsp. Rosemary, minced
Direcciones
- Grill all vegetables except garlic. In food processor place all ingredients, except 1/2 c. vegetables. Process till smooth. Season with salt, pepper, lemon and rosemary. Dice remaining 1/2 c. vegetables . Serve warm or possibly cool with diced vegetables sprinkled on top.
