Receta Halibut In A Yucatecan Marinade

Ingredientes
- 6 x six-oz Halibut fillets skinned
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil Juice of 3 oranges Juice of 3 limes
- 2 tsp Grated orange zest
- 1 tsp Grated lime zest
- 3 x Garlic cloves chopped
- 3 x Jalapeno peppers chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper Coarse salt for the fish Freshly-grnd black pepper for the fish Lime wedges for garnish
Direcciones
- Place the halibut fillets in a shallow non-reactive baking dish.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour marinade over fish, cover dish with plastic and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hrs.
- Heat a grill.
- Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper and grill about 3 to 4 min on each side, or possibly till cooked through. Serve warm with lime wedges.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
