Receta Ham Linguine Florentine

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. oil
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 3/4 teaspoon dry thyme
- 1 (13 3/4 ounce.) can chicken broth
- 3/4 c. cream or possibly lowfat milk
- 3/4 pound ham, julienne cut
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounce. linguine, cooked
Direcciones
- Saute/fry' in butter and oil. Add in flour and thyme. Add in broth and cream all at once. Thicken. Add in ham and cheese. Serve over cooked linguine noodles. Great and very quick.
