- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Potato Buds (8 servings)
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, 1 1/3 c. of instant potatoes (dry), egg, salt, pepper, onion, catsup and lowfat milk. Spread in ungreased pie pan (9"). Bake uncovered 35 to 40 min.
- Prepare remaining instant potatoes as directed on package for 4 servings. Top the meat loaf with mashed potatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 3 to 4 min longer till cheese melts.
