• 1/2 c. toasted wheat germ
• 3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp active dry yeast or possibly bread machine yeast For 2-lb. loaf: (22 slices)
• 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
• 2 x Large eggs
• 3 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine cut up
• 3 1/3 c. bread flour
• 1 c. whole wheat flour
• 2/3 c. toasted wheat germ
• 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/4 x active dry yeast or possibly bread machine yeast
