Receta Hazel's Apple Crisp

Ingredientes
- 6 c. apples, sliced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. quick oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. butter
Direcciones
- Peel and slice apples, place in buttered pan. Sprinkle with lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar. Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, soda, salt and baking pwdr. Fold in melted butter. Sprinkle this mix over apples. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 325 degrees for 35 min till apples are done. Makes 12 servings.
