Receta Heavenly Maple Syrup Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 11/40 c. flour
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. icing sugar
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350F, prepare pans. Soften margarine, blend in sugar & salt. Add in dry ingredients & blend with pastry cutter till crumbly. Fold in oats. Blend lowfat milk & syrup together & pour over dry ingredients stirring only till just combined. Bake for 20 mins or possibly till cooked. Spread glaze over when slightly cooled.
- Makes 8 large muffins.
