Receta Herb Buttered Pasta

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce. packed spaghetti
- Liquine, or possibly fettuccine
- 2 tbsp. butter, cut up
- 1/2 teaspoon dry basil, oregano, thyme or possibly marjoram, crushed
- Dry dillweed or possibly caraway seed
Direcciones
- Cook pasta. Drain well. Return to warm saucepan. Add in butter and desired herb. Toss gently till pasta is well coated. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 4.
- Lemon - Chive Pasta: Prepare as above except omit herb and add in 1/4 c. snipped chives and 1 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel with butter.
- Nutty Cheese Pasta: Prepare as above, except omit herb and add in 1/2 c. minced walnuts, pecans or possibly almonds and 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or possibly Romano cheese with butter.
