Receta Holiday Fruit Squares

Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
- 2 c. pecans, minced
- 2 c. minced dates
- 1 1/2 c. mixed candied fruit
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and lightly flour a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Beat Large eggs and add in sugar. Add in melted butter and mix well. Add in flour and continue to stir. Add in nuts and fruit to the mix and stir till fruit is distributed well in batter. Pour into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. Cold and cut into squares.
