- 1/3 c. Balsamic vinegar Or possibly red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Dry Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- In blender or possibly food processor, combine apricots, vinegar, honey, mustard, garlic and seasonings; blend till smooth. With motor running, slowly drizzle in extra virgin olive oil till combined.
